Didn't the auction house say it came with a "Tracks" LOA?  Condition should factor into the price as this one is really rough.

Yes I missed the line about a Paul Wane signed letter which apparently comes with the signed photo. Opening bid a mere €15,000.   I would be surprised if that opening bid is met.

You could get a beautiful set of Beatles autographs for €15,000-€20,000. No way I'd spend that kind of money on this set!
