Another good here. The simple-looking drawing of John is actually very good. Maybe he did draw it.

Went for £5,000 before buyer's premium etc. I would imagine that the buyer assumes the drawing is by Lennon. I also think it might well be. The seller was at the auction and it came from his family. Having heard him talking about it and the other lot sold at the same auction, I can't believe his story wasn't true.
