This is an interesting Hendrix that is now up for auction with a £4,000 - £6,000 estimate. Rather a wild "Hendrix" but looks real to me - and apparently to REAL too. The backstory sounds a bit strange the way it's told (it sounds like the vendor knew Jimi from 1967 - 1970) and the accompanying photos don't seem to have a lot to do with a cafe in the King's Road or a shoe shop but I expect the auctioneer was just having an off day, Here's the story and autographs:
PROVENANCE: signatures were personally obtained by the vendor in 1967. Jimi Hendrix and his drummer Mitch often visited his parents' cafe on King's Road, London. In the vendor's own words "I knew Jimi and measured him up for a pair of high heeled boots the afternoon before he was found dead". The vendor's father took two photographs of his children and Jimi in 1967 (scans kindly provided by the vendor).

Sorry Eric, I cropped the image. Here is a link to the auction. The pages are the same size:

Ah, I see. My mistake. I am sorry.
I can see there is no age to the bottom of the Hendrix now that you pointed it out. I will make a point of mentioning when I crop - it is useful.
Ah, okay. I also thought the image was uncropped.
An update on the Original Post: It sold for a touch over £6,000 including premiums. I also saw the Hendrix on a UK Antiques Roadshow programme from 2017 that was repeated on BBC 1 last Sunday (16.02.25). It was a very good episode on entertainment memorabilia. Hearing the vendor talk about it made the whole story much more understandable/plausible.
