This is terrible! I feel bad for those who scraped big bucks to get this one - clearly a disappointment and huge signature downgrade... And even if 2 previous books were signed a bit rushed, they were much fuller signature than this one.

James has your copy of McCartney Band On The Run arrived yet?
Even if his autograph you get ends up being abbreviated, it's still better than what he signed for my friend on hsi Yesterday Today album on Nov 17th in Montreal,
(a "P" with just a squiggle). And for me on Nov 18th, Paul would NOT sign my Revolver album,
he opted for a a nice long handshake instead.
So I'll have to be happy with my White album he signed for me in Montreal in 2018.

Hi JJ, apologies for the late reply. This is the latest update I've received from Sound of Vinyl, it appears to have been "delayed". Maybe it's for the best...

owner of an authentic McCartney autograph!
I think it compares very well with others who have posted their
exemplars in this thread. You're right, no full signatures, but it looks
like what you got is the best that Paul offers these days.
As I posted within this thread, in person on November 18th this year in Montreal, I got a nice long friendly handshake BUT Paul had no interest in signing.
My friend, on November 17th in the same spot I was in, just got a "P" with the beginning squiggle of the first part of an "M"...not even a full "M"!
So count yourself lucky James, and what a nice piece to cherish!

Only some in us with option of an auction. There was a link at the beginning of a conversation where you can find all bookstores in US With signed copies.
In UK few days ago was an option with 9 copies in one bookstore.. I was late… 🥲🥲

Seemed like most the US ones did auctions with high starting prices. At least the ones I seen. Not many at cover price.
