Has anyone come across this guy. I have  a signed photo of Ronnie Spector with a COA from Collectables Of The Stars and signed by Michael Wehrmann.

IIRC he is or was an IP collector who sold much of his material some time ago at RR. I only recall him from a Bowie signed pick plate (Telecaster?) that was extremely rushed.
