Beatles Signed Album for real?

This can't be real, can it?  Guy I know is offering it privately (non auction) and I know there is only a 1% chance -- but still.   What do you guys think?  Is it worth spending the bucks and sssubmitting to Frank C. or Perry Cox?

If this checks out are you willing to sell it?  I collect Beatles autographs and have quite a few.  I would never give my opinion on even items that I am 92% certain on.  There are some good fakes out there.  I would email Frank or Perry.

I'm surprised I haven't heard from more members as it isn't cheap to get a professional opinion.  Would like to know there is at least a 50/50 chance that it's real.  I don't own this yet though so I can't sell it. Just have the pix from a local dealer.

there are some very good forgeries out there.  the signatures no doubt are close.  I dont like the Paul at all.  it appears that it is all signed in the same pen, which concerns me, as does the location of the signatures, mostly strategically placed in light parts of the album.  An album this late like this would have been very difficult to get signed as it came out during or right after the break up.  the Harrison also does not appear to match the 70's version of his signature.

I'm told this album is a re-release of the British Hey Jude and came out in 1979.  So there is indeed a short window.  Not sure where to send them for final approval / denial.   Any ideas?

Start with Roger Epperson. he will do a quick opinion on it for like 15 dollars. you can see his logo in the upper right hand corner of this screen.

Thank you Steve -- I'm going to pass on the album -- just too risky and the seller wanted all cash.  At least with Paypal there would be a chance at a refund.   Autograph Magazine comes through again!

Why do the autographs look so rubbed out? It looks like they could have somehow been transferred onto the cover.

I'm not sure why they are so light.  Could it be age?  Or the fact that it's a darkish background?  Seller claims he inherited it from his Dad and doesn't have much other info.

It almost looks like they were stamped onto the cover, and some of the ink didn't take.

I believe this was forged. It looks as Though someone purposly used a dying pen to make it look older. Also the signatures look too placed as though trying to guess where each Beatle would have placed them.
