I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

Thanks Mike gonna try for Ray Park next - I'd love Liam Neeson but that's next to impossible so I think I'll pass - I saw one on K9 auctions but that is 11x14 but I prefer 8x10's.

This one just arrived this week.  The most famous ladies man in the galaxy conversing with the late great Irvin Kershner on the set of The Empire Strikes Back.

Just added this George Lucas 8X10 to my collection.  PSADNA certified.

Great photo Daniel.

It sucks that PSA puts that sticker on the front.

Great graph though! I have the same picture signed too & I love mine!

Yeah nice George Lucas there but don't always go by the PSA/DNA thing because they can be way off the mark on autographs but that George Lucas certainly isn't. Very nice and not that easy to obtain. Well done.

I cannot even begin to describe how happy I am about my Ian McDiarmid autograph from New York Comic Con yesterday.  I was third on line and in spite of the fact that I have been told that he rarely inscribes I politely asked him to inscribe something for me.  He was more than happy to after a brief chuckle.  He then reached out to shake my hand and after a firm handshake I thanked him and was on my merry way.  Mr. McDiarmid is a true gentleman.

Interesting side note:  Star Wars (and LucasFilm) is now the property of the Walt Disney Company.  Episodes 7, 8 and 9 forthcoming.  Episode 7 has been announced with a 2015 release date.

Where do these pick up?

Good question.  Details are still coming forth.  This has taken a lot of people by surprise I think.

I'm guessing they will stay away from any EU material with the exception of characters.  Probably focus on the kids and kill off the parents.  I can't imagine Luke, Leia and Han in the films.  Then again I would have never imagined that George Lucas would sell Lucasfilm to Disney.  I still can't believe it.

I just received a text from a friend of mine but I thought that he was joking.  I can't believe that Lucas is willing to give up so much control of his films.  Unbelievable.
