Plenty of other shady Ruth stuff from this seller. He tried selling these two cuts previously with tiny pictures.

Even though they're terrible pictures, you can tell they're encapsulated, yet in the descriptions he claims "these have not been authenticated I just been collecting for awhile now and every expert I've showed them too also agrees I just never paid for the paperwork thanks again email me maybe we can work a deal".

Turns out the pics are of these known PSA certed items-

Later he relisted them and cropped the pix to try and hide the fact they were encapsulated.

Obviously he swiped and shrunk the pictures to put in the listings and god only knows what you'd actually end up receiving from this person. Probably something like what's in Chris's original post. One lucky buyer did get one of these for $2300. This is one bad scam artist.

you have no idea what you guys are talking about ... I am the seller and trust me I would not try and sell an item I do not own I have an excellent feedback record me and my wife was away for the weekend and my teenage brother thought he was going to get some money how I don't know I explained to him what he was doing was wrong and in my eyes illegal .. I asked i asked him what did you think the money was going to come through the computer screen .. on that cut I cancelled the transaction do no one ever paid for goods that were unreal ... I only sell thing that I own or that in my mind are authentic .. I do apologize to the serious collectors out there .. bit like my father told me boys will be boys .. again my apologies thanks
