Ebay seller selling Steiner COA without a ball!

EBay seller 2006erario says: "Sold the ball without the C.O.A. Anyone have a signed Steiner 2009 W.S.Jeter ball with no C.O.A. card? Here is your chance to buy one."

Even if no malice is meant to the hobby, I find this terrible due to the fact that someone may try to buy this COA card and attach it to his/her forged items. Starting bid is $2.00

I believe this should be taken down; I'd love to hear other people's thoughts on this.

Selling a Steiner COA on eBay should not be allowed. Plain and simple.

It's not. As part of the banned COA list, they include the following

Blank COAs and LOAs
COAs and LOAs as stand-alone items

My observation is that Ebay is not removing anything (forgeries) these days.

After following the Babe Ruth, Cobb and Gehrig ball with AAU "approve everything because Drew Max is freakin crook" COA......I think EBAY is back to batting a blind eye on things. They tired of losing sales to Craigslist apparantly.

The seller ended the item and sold it before the auction was scheduled to end (was scheduled to end in 4 more hours) for $5.00. We will save this image of the COA and if we come across a skeptical Jeter ball with the same cert, we will know.
