I got an Eagles autographed album off of an auction site that claimed to be signed by Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit. It came with COA, place was at Bob Hope Classic/Century Plaza.

Just wanted to get some opinions on whether it's real or fake. I was told and assure by the staff that it was "good" and the original owner owned a collectible shop in Las Vegas. It also has the same serial number stamped onto the album cover as the COA.

The good news is that your credit card company can do a charge back and get you a full refund so please call them immediately to report.

Do i just tell the credit card company that it's fraud and the item I received was forgery?

You tell the credit card company, that after having the item in-hand, you question the authenticity of the autographs and you are not comfortable owning it.

If The Auction Place refuses to accept it, inform the credit card company that you attempted to return it.  Keep notes on every step you make.

be forceful with the credit card company as well. don't be a timid & weak. Under NO circumstances do you pay for this. Get it. Time to stop being a moron. NO more autographs for you until you work through this....understand

NO AUTOGRAPHS FOR YOU...COME BACK IN ONE YEAR

yeah.. no more soup for me for a year.

Too bad there isn't a 'like' button..lol...I agree with a lot of these comments about getting the chargeback on the credit card....Do exactly as this person is saying and make notes of EVERYTHING that is said, calls, etc. Don't stop until you get satisfaction. I would be LIVID, to say the least! I am a firm believer of 'where there's a will, there's a way'! Now, Rock on!
