I purchased this back in 97 from Autograph World out of NH.  Would love to hear if you think its real or not.  JSA said they do not authenticate Pacino anymore, so I was thinking about sending this off to PSA.

Real or not.. ?

thanks!

Mark,

Why don't you ask for mid-to-late-90s exemplars and compare them? Yours doesn't look like what I've seen from the past 10 years, but I don't know what he was signing like back then.

I would love to see some examples if anyone has any to post up.

thanks!

Mark

Hi Mark - Here is one I got when Al was on Broadway in late 2010.  Its the nicest one I ever got from him!

It is a nice one Steve!

Very nice Steve.

This is in my opinion a full signature of Al Pacino. I got it myself when I met Al one on one in New York 1996.

Bjarne, what did Al inscribe?  Is it your name or something else?  I have never seen an inscribed Al Pacino autograph.  Congratulations.

I think it says: Greatings, Al Pacino

I know for sure it's not my name, because he never asked for it. I met him all by myself before one of his performances on Broadway in 1996. It was a rainy night and since everyone know that he was gonna sign afterwards, I was the only one there before the show. I just walked by the theater and was not even prepared with a photo, so the only thing I had was a index card to get signed.

After the show I was back and got a picture signed. In two weeks I got a total of 8 pictures signed by Al.

Thats pretty close to full!

Believe it or not, this says "Best Wishes, Al Pacino."

I have a handwritten quote and autograph from Al Pacino.  Although it was received from his NY address back to Australia, its provenance comes from the fact that Mr Pacino himself posted it as he signed the Customs Declaration on the box...a secretary wouldn't fake a customs declaration.

I wrote to him for his autograph for a charity auction for diabetics, and asked for a specific quote in a first edition of Dog Day Afternoon.  See photo.

Cheers

Tony
