Frazers Autographs in England altho their pieces from their Premium Range are very expensive but you can usually do some kind of deal on them and you do get a year to pay it off interest free (altho in fairness that probably won't help much!!!) They usually have quite a number of historical doucments in the auctions they have which are similar to RR's.  The next one is in September.

If i am remembering correctly, the company "History For Sale" is reputable. If i am thinking of the right company, they have absolutely amazing items, and some super super rare ones. The only problem is, they ask way over market price (in my opinion) for alot of pieces.
