New in the Collection: Multi-Signed JSC Cafeteria Tray

An original cafeteria tray from Johnson Space Center. In use from the beginning of JSC (1961) until 2004. Many pioneer astronauts from the original Mercury 7 through most Space Shuttle astronauts have probably eaten from this. Apollo astronauts signed and put their favorite cafeteria food on it:

Gene Cernan "steak and potatoes," Buzz Aldrin "chili," Mike Collins "salmon salad," Harrison "veggie soup," Jim McDivitt "pie and ice cream," Frank Borman "jello," Dave Scott "brownies," Jim Lovell "burger," and Alan Bean "spaghetti."

There is plenty of room to add others... :-)
