That signature looks nothing like the early 90's Madonna signature that I own.

I was having iPad problems last night. Anyway, the two Madonna photos I have pictured are for sale if anyone is interested. The one right above us likely from the mid-80s.

Now here is I obtained from someone I know in New York who got this magazine signed by Madonna in NYC in April 2003 at Tower Records during her promo for American Life. I was told that she was personalizing everything that day, as she did this one, "To Michael love Madonna" in gold paint pen. She actually signed this on a local NYC gay magazine (I am straight, but as Jerry Seinfeld would say, "Not that there's anything wrong with that!"). As Michael said, this may be one of a kind. Here is a pic:
