Found an envelope containing 5 Monarch signatures--Now what do i do?

hey guys feeling out of my element, don't really know anything about collecting but last weekend while going through my grandfathers belongings an envelope falls out of a book--inside the large manila envelope are 3 smaller envelopes--2 were from studios -1 in Canada the other was George Hamilton Studios in New York both were written in the mid 1980's and both expressed big interest in the third envelope--third one contained signatures of  George iii, George iv, William iv, Queen Victoria and  George v---i live in Canada and searches of local experts are leaving me leery--If you were in my shoes what would you do?  Any information would be helpful at this point.  I can scan them in but waited as i didnt want to do something i shouldn't as i'm a real novice in this matter

Hi I think if you private message Steve Cyrkin he might be able to give you an idea who here might have an opinion.  Just from looking I suspect it is real the question would be is it secretarial or stamped etc.  There were thousands of commissions and decrees that would be sent out under the monarchs name.  It would be an impressive collection if they are deemed authentic.

100% agree, few people know the secretarials for the Brits. And like our leaders, most of the stuff was ghost signed.

so i'm guessing shelling out money for authentication should be next on my list--any referrals to someone in the field that could solve the mystery of real or ghost signer--i've scanned the 5 i found if interested--i realize you can't tell much without the original in front of you--found a few local Canadian appraisers, will do a bit more investigating then i guess pull the trigger
