Just won this piece on heritage auctions today.it is in mint condition and I believe the sigs are good enough to be graded.maybe mint 9 .it only comes with a heritage auction coa.im thinking of getting tracks to provide another coa.this is definitly the nicest set I own at this point.it cost me an arm and a leg.the more coas I can obtain the better.thats my thinking anyway.Any thoughts or advise would definitly appreciated.

From what I've heard, Perry Cox only does COAs for stuff he is selling. Same with Frank Caiazzo (unless you've got a long term relationship with him or if has a contract with an auction house).

Not sure if "Tracks" does them for stuff they don't sell -- but let us know and I'm curious what they would charge for this?  Hope you don't have to mail the piece all the way to the UK.

I'm going to call tracks in the morning and see what they can do for me.the only way I would be able to get a tracks coa(assuming they would do it)is if they would see that the piece came from heritage auctions and would honor a high resolution picture to go by.there is no way I would send this piece overseas.that would be really risky on my part.i got off the phone with heritage a few minutes ago and they are going to call me back .im hoping at least they are using psa for music autographs because I would the want them to see if it's gradable at the same time.

Heritage doesn't use any third-party authenticator for music in most cases.

I now know that.thats what they told me over the phone.
I forgot, I answered this before.
Talked to the guys at tracks and it turns out that they don't authenticate anything that they don't sell.

If you offer it to them they'll tell you soon enough if they don't think it's real!

I know that doesn't help you much. What you want is a certificate. If Frank, Perry and Tracks no longer authenticate that just leaves Roger I guess. Otherwise just stick with the Heritage seal of approval.

Roger and psa and Jsa.
Here is a clearer picture.
