I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

What the heck Pete?  Do you have Uncle George stashed away in your basement somewhere?

i ordered the ESB Nebula 8x10 photo signed by Mark, Carrie, Kenny Baker, and Anthony Daniels from official pix. Unfortunately a few days ago i received this email:

I apologize, but I cannot seem to locate the photo that you ordered for Anaheim. I’ve gone through everything we brought back from the show and it’s just nowhere to be found. I can offer you two choices: 1st choice is an upgraded 11x14 signed by all four, but Anthony Daniels signed in black while everyone else is in silver. It looks great, it’s just not what you asked for. 2nd choice is a full refund.

Please let me know which you would prefer and I’ll take care of it. Sorry again for the trouble and if I do find your photo later on, I’ll let you know right away.

 Sincerely,

Chris Wyman

i only collect 8x10s so i chose the refund. a little heartbreaking. i'm hoping mark does another signing soon

Sorry Cory.

Sorry to hear that Cory.

Yep this is all George in NYC.

I have him locked in the Furnace room, I keep the rest of the basement for Scarlett.

Have any of you laid your eyes on this beauty listed on eBay?

That's not one anyone could miss. The rarity level of even inscribed shots today will put it at over $1000. With uninscribed shots featuring just initial graphs, bringing about $4000....quarter price is damn good.

Two thousand two hundred fifty eight dollars
Thanks for blowing my secret watch item! Lol. One consideration with Probstein is that he is a high volume consignment seller who typically obtains extremely strong prices. There have been many credible reports of shilling. In other words, expect this to go through the roof legitimately or not.

Let's put it this way...of the top  10 Star Wars autograph collectors (known to us) only 2 of them have uninscribed Cushing 8x10's "in character". There may be inscribed 8x10 shots in a few more collections. The majority of hardcore SW collectors do not have any 8x10 of Peter. Don't get me wrong there are collectors with Cushing shots in their hands, but they are by no means at the same level of insanity as some of us.

I know of at least 2 guys planning on winning that piece (and no I am not one of them.)

It'll be interesting if two guys set kill snipes at $10,000. LOL

Looks like they set the kill snipes at $2200. Time to rethink the prices of uninscribed Cushings.

Good news for Cushing owners.. my max was quite a bit less than that.. I didn't expect it to go nearly that high.
