Stan Lee signed comic with excelsior inscription is it real?

Hi guys a friend of mine offered me this comic signed by Stan Lee. It doesn't have a hologram or anything. But he Bought it awhile back and is now looking to raise funds. I have no real idea on if it's good or bad so wanted to be sure before offering to buy it. Thank you for your time and replys

Thanks Mike, was just scared by him adding excelsior to it had not seen any with him doing that for a very long time. Would you have any idea on what it would be worth it's on the comic itself not a photo

I've obtained 8 Stan Lee in person sigs over the years .. this looks to me to be the real deal ..
