I think the bottom one looks authentic, but I could be wrong.  Any opinions appreciated!

That alone is a red flag.

That's even sketchier in my opinion, doesn't make sense why he wouldn't refund you.  I would recommend opening a paypal case if he refuses to refund again after you press for one.  Paypal will side with you and credit the fees as soon as you prove it's shipped back.

What does his guarantee say? I don't understand why he wouldn't give you a refund unless he didn't think your Harrison Ford was questionable.

He is pretty well acclaimed in the hobby, Gary Harvey is the dealer. The purchase was several years ago so I dont believe a claim would work. Never did one either way.

Yeah theres really nothing you can do paypal wise if it was that long ago.

I'm not sure who thinks this guy is good, but based on what he's offering and putting you through I would never want to be a customer of his.

Hopefully it gets settled soon.  Just want an autograph that won't give me problems if I decide to sell it down the road.

Absolutely, trading a fake for another fake is not going to help you out very much.  I would push on the refund, if he still refuses then go ahead with a trade, but I wouldn't buy from him ever again.

A "Gary Harvey" has an account on here. He could probably elaborate on the sigs in question if someone wants to ask him.

Ive asked him to help shed light on his autographs, since many he says he got in person. However, he says he doesnt want to participate in the forum after something to do with Paul McCartney signature discussion. I didnt participate in it, so I dont know the outcomes, but that is the reason he doesnt wish to participate in the forum. It would be good if he did, so he could tell members where and when he got some of the signatures signed. Would help the hobby.
Sounds to me like he knows he's selling fakes.. Especially if this wasn't the first one to get called into question.

He is a legitimate in person collector.  Myself and Steve Cyrkin can attest to that.  I think the McCartney discussion had to do with him proving fakes from a seller in the AFTAL organization, but I'm not sure.

Well it's obviously up to you who you want to do business with, but after seeing some of his graphs and what he's making you go through, he hasn't earned any points with me. Good luck, hope it works out for you.
