Has Anyone Ever Seen Lucille Ball Sign "Lucy Ball"?
Hi- I recently saw a beautiful signed picture of Lucille Ball signed "Love Lucy Ball" (see pic below). I have a few authentic signed pieces given to me as a child by Ms. Ball and all but one was signed Love Lucy. Only one- a vintage piece, was signed "Lucille Ball" but I've never seen a "Lucy Ball" signed pic. Anyone have experience with this version of her name and do you think it could be authentic? Don't follow her that much. But she usually signs, "Love, Lucy" or "Lucille Ball". The signed picture doesn't look right. Avoid!

Thanks for your opinion Joe. I don't have a problem with the signature style. Looks pretty close to other authentic examples. Problem is, it's not a script that's hard to forge. I could do it easily. At the end of the day It's the combination of "Lucy" with "Ball" that has me bothered. I've never seen another exemplar like it. You're right- one to avoid.
