I don't think the first one is real. While the autograph itself doesn't look right to me, for many reasons, Jackson's inscription, "All my Love," does not look like his handwriting in my opinion. It's most easy to see in the L and the E of the word love.

The second autograph is too hard to see for me to give and authenticity opinion on.

Thanks for the better pic, Oscar. I agree with Wascher and Eric, I don't think this is genuine. The M is tilting right, the J is going way too far to the left and is far too curved above the baseline, the L is oddly shaped, the N is taller than the M. I could go on, but this is what I would call a hot mess.
