Is this Dylan autograph legit?

Hi, any help in etablishing if this is a legit Bob Dylan autograph would be most appreciated. It seems like an unusual sleeve to sign if it were a fake, and may have come from the collection of an engineer and promoter called Lerenzo Dee. Any views would be most appreciated.
