Signature looks slowly drawn - or traced.  Then I saw same seller also selling TRACING PAPER on another listing!  He swears he has a receipt from Selfridges but he probably bought a real one and forged this one.

Thats terrible. Of course theres no closeups of the signature but as long as potential buyers zoom in, its extremely apparent... its hilarious people are potentially using tracing paper to forge signatures. It would force them to, as you said, slowly draw over the faint trace lines being made which causes shakiness and a noticeable change in overall speed of the signature. Hey, let them keep trying that way, anyone with experience looking at signatures would spot this in 2 seconds. I really wish ebay would pull non authentic autographs like they used to, but why would they waste their time doing something that would decrease their own revenue? Just have to keep educating people new to the hobby. Good job singling this one out as an example.

Never underestimate the stupidity of scammers. To trace an autograph -- and then list tracing paper for sale on your other listings!  Here's another scammer's Ebay listing -- for a Stevie Nicks signed album inscribed "To Jim" that he just won on Gotta Have It's Auction, tripled the price, and covered up the inscription with a sticker -- not mentioning that in the listing!
