Bowie Tin Machine legit? Looks a little bit Strange...Opinions please and Thanks

These programmes were sold at the merchandise tables on the 1989 tour. At some gigs there were  copies available signed by the whole band, sometimes with 89 added by Bowie, but I think mostly without. I myself have two with the year missing.
