Here are 3 autographs up for sale at Ewbanks auctions in the UK. All are in or from autograph books. Not much on the details and no COA’s. Any thoughts?

Here’s my opinion; genuine George but John, Paul and Ringo by Neil Adpinall in the first.

Single John and George autographs likely genuine.

Agree

The single George is secretarial. I agree about the full set - authentic George and the rest are from Aspinall.

Thanks for the info. The top of the J into the h in John should have been my first clue

Your opinion is very respected on this forum and I know you have collected many examplars of Beatle autographs.

I must admit though that to me that single George autograph has some aspects to it that doesn’t scream secretarial at me (The ‘love’ and the kisses although I have seen such embellishments but not that often).

Is your opinion based upon the form of the signature giving you doubts or direct comparison with an examplar(s)?

It doesn’t look like a great signature to me either, the first ‘G’ for example but then it is signed in a slightly cramped space.

I’d tend towards genuine although I am open accepting otherwise.

I had seen this one before and believe it was signed by George's mother. Here are a couple more for comparison, one with her signing for the other three as well.

I’m using my mobile phone right now which limits my options as regards doing ‘side by sides’  I’ll look properly when I get the chance.

I did find this which adds a little to the items history while not really providing evidence one way or the other. Thanks.
