The fact that 2 of them are marked with the year is concerning. I don’t recall many of those. I realize the collector did that, but still. I’ve seen the specific date, but not just the year. 

having said that, if they’re fake, they’re very convincing. My unprofessional eye says they’re okay.

I agree they look like copies to me. Here is a photo of a Buckingham Palace stationery from 1965 the day the Beatles received their MBEs.  Quite a bit different from the signed one in the OP.
