Ebay seller "Greggssportscards65 also has this Mickey Mantle forgery on a cap listed on Ebay with a COA from "B&J Collectibles."

Ebay seller Greggssportscards65 continues to list his forgeries on Ebay. 

Here is his Mickey Mantle forgery.
