A $15 Chance. Have you bought an autograph with no exemplar?

Hi All,

Many of you know I collect blast fragments and artifacts from Hiroshima. I also collect original slides, photographs and early handmade books. I came across this August 6, 1955 1st edition book, which at a quick look appears to be scarce, and it was signed as well which was not exploited by the seller. I have no idea what this signature looks like - apart from this and its overall presentation, appearance and "flavor". I'm thinking I did well.

Here is a much more dramatic example signed and dated in sumi from the shop of survivor Kiyoshi Kikkawa. His second "souvenir" shop is shown below in 1951, just yards from the Dome. He was a great proponent of peace and was part of the effort to save the Genbaku Dome. You can see him singing his autobiography above in the last candid:

I've got more if anyone wants to see. Some stunning color 1945-47 photography too.

I would be utterly astonished if the Miyas Ohara book was not 100 percent real.  Everything looks right about it.

Thanks, Scott. Happy New Year!

Sure ive taken a chance on one or two, that turned out fine.
