Abraham Lincoln PSA Autograph Facts Exemplar- Which Secretary?

Hello everyone, I was hoping to get an opinion on this Abraham Lincoln autograph on the PSA Autograph facts website. The letter itself is not written by Lincoln, and I have seen two names pop up that may have written this- John Nicolay and Elmer Ellsworth, who I assume are secretaries of Lincoln. Does anyone have an idea of which one of these men wrote this note? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Col Ellsworth was killed at the beginning of the Civil War.  John Nicolay and John Hay were Lincoln's secretaries.

Thanks for the info....I am assuming that it was John Nicolay who wrote this note then. Can anyone confirm?
