I would personally stay away. I don't like any of it in my opinion. The entire "Paul" almost doesn't look right at all..and I don't like the "m" either.

They say it has a JSA ALOA. That's an auction LOA. I would ask for a copy of it. If it's from another auction house, you may find that it's not for the same piece.
