This can’t be Cordelia platt asking this question. This signature “Andrew Jackson” is obviously secretarial. The Cordelia Platt I knew back in the 1980’s an 1990’s would not have yo ask an opinion on this.

Thanks to all.  Cordelia and my father passed away in 2005 and 2007 respectively.  I'm doing my best to sell some of the remaining items in their collection.  This Andrew Jackson was in their presidential collection with no notes as to being secretarial.
