It sold for $4,760 with BP through RR Auction a couple of months ago.

I moved this to the Hendrix forum.

Looks extremely good to me. The price is also very reasonable but I guess the staining would bother some potential bidders, particularly those in the US. From my experience in other collecting areas, collectors in the US often place more emphasis on condition than those in Europe. I would definitely leave this one as it is but I daresay any self-respecting professional paper conservator could significantly reduce the visual impact of those stains.
