if anyone is in/near Long Beach, CA the B&N there appears to possibly have this in stock.

Thanks for the tip! I got one. When I left the store last night, there was still one copy on the shelf. (There were several copies on reserve behind the counter.)

I can't thank you enough for the heads up on the one in Long Beach. Since I'm going to L.A. on Saturday I called them, and they're saving me a copy. I offered to pay over the phone and they said they don't do that, but they'll save it. I'm soooo thrilled.
