Any opinion on if these are legit Yes (band) autographs

No certification so I learned my lesson from you guys to ask your opinions before considering a purchase. I have no idea how much a "legit" version of this in this shape (albums a bit beat up) should cost. So no idea if this is too good to be true. Of course also have no idea what their legit signatures look like. Would appreciate any advice..thank you.

Howe, Anderson and Wakeman on the bottom. But no idea who the top signature could be.
Jon Anderson signature has changed over the years, that resembles his current one.
