Paid for the PSA quick peek and it came back "Likely not authentic" but they don't say why they think that.

Steve,

I have been reading your stuff on here for awhile and decided to join. I have been collecting for 15+ years and this is the first time I have ever felt duped. I have about 3-4 items from Hardwood/Gridiron Authentics including a 16x20 1986 team signed Celtics photo, 8x10 Wes Welker photo, and a few others. After reading all this on here over the last 3-4 months, I sent them all to PSA/DNA who failed each one. I have called GA a few times without call back. Other than patience, how did you go about getting your money back when talking to Joe? Thanks so much and thanks for getting me involved with this site.

KJ,

That sucks to hear that.  When did you purchase the items?  If you go the route I did, then you should see some results.  The Attorney Generals Office was clear to me that they would gladly look into Gridiron, but that they needed more people to step forward.  Gridiron will not return a phone call.  Your e-mails will most likely be answered by a lady who goes by Ro.  She will tell you that your information is being forwarded to Joe and he will be in touch with you.  He very rarely returns an e-mail.  Let me know if I can provide you with any other information.

Steve is right. The Namath Red Zone is selling is without question a Gridiron special. I noticed They have some items with both a Red Zone and GA COA. Apparently Red Zone is in Colorado.

Looks like they bought GA crap and printed up their own COA to try to make it look legit.

Someone from GA probably moved out to Colorado and started up Red Zone :)

GA just got another Ebay negative for a U of Miami helmet that failed PSA, Unbelievable!!!

That's what I was thinking.

They got another negative feedback, this time for a Manning mini.

Funny, now with the Ravens SB win & Ray Lewis retiring they have like 20 different Ray Lewis items listed. Unbelievable!!

Their "COA's" should be on the ebay banned list but I'm not sure if ebay will ever do it.

To me, all mannings seem autopenned. One letter of regret from JSA mentioned "too consistent pressure". It is clearly autopen to me, at least the Mannings. I have a collection of 104 Manning items, NOTHING from them is legit. NOTHING.

I am glad I never won any of the GA auction. I was always wondering how they get so many and selling it so cheaply.

I was referred to this discussion by a member in another discussion about Celebrity Authentics.  Are there any new developments regarding this discussion topic since May?  It seems to have ended once Steve got his money back.

I continued to pursue and nobody seems to care. Dead end everywhere I looked. As I was told by the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals office, they need more people than just myself to pursue these groups. They wanted to follow through, but nobody else stepped up.

Has the company made any corrections or improvements based on the concerns that were raised by this discussion?
