Anybody familiar with SPOOKY TOOTH?

I have added the write-up from where I bought this album years ago.

Take up your chance to catch up an awesome memorabilia! This the CEREMONY Album from Spooky Tooth & Pierre Henry from 1969 signed by Gary Wright, Mike Kellie and Mike Harrison! I have obtained the signatures in Person after Show in Munich February 28, 2008 @ the Metropolis Club. Vinyl and Cover still in great condition!

Anybody have any thoughts on this?
