I recently purchased a signed piece by silent film's Rudolph Valentino and his then wife Natascha Rambova (a dream piece for me). The seller had had it authenticated by Beckett and their letter of authenticity came with it. When I did a lookup on Beckett's site, I saw that the piece is verified in their database. However, instead of the image of the Valentino in their entry, they have up a signed copy of a playbill for a performance THE GLASS MENAGEIRE accompanying it.
I've written Beckett, received an automated "ticket number", but have had no response otherwise.
It seems like a simple fix. Does anyone know a way to get through so they can hopefully make this tweak? It's certainly not an emergency but it would be good to get it adjusted.
