Both Wascher and Mr. Cyrkin do one helluva job here and I "Thank you" both for the great job you both do.

Good luck to a seller trying to sue over online opinions with the singling out of an EBAY alias. Hard to prove defamation pointed at a fictitious online username.

There have been attempts at this. I cant find one that has been successful. I continually look though.

Court 164TH DISTRICT COURT Case Number 201014416
Style EPPERSON, ROGER VS BROSWAVIC, CORI D (AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS ALSO KNOWN AS "CHEFRAIDER" BY
Case Type DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER Status ACTIVE
Date Description
08/27/2010 LAW DAY DOCKET SPECIAL APPEARANCE (TRCP 120A) PASSED
09/17/2010 LAW DAY DOCKET SPECIAL APPEARANCE (TRCP 120A) PASSED
10/08/2010 LAW DAY DOCKET SPECIAL APPEARANCE (TRCP 120A) DENIED

I thought this was for defamation and Roger won . It was against a fictious online username . It is very possible to sue and win . Even though it was a default judgement , you still have to prove it , even if the person defaults. If that person choose to sue Al Martin , they would have a good case. How are the general public to know who is a Expert and who is only giving there opinion . No one really puts a disclaimer when they write a post or start a thread.

That was Roger suing somebody who defamed his real name. Apples and oranges.

If you say so . So what would be the case if he defamed R.E.A.L , but never used Rogers name .

This was a defamation suit and I did win against Cori Broswavic and he does still owe me $200,000 which i will collect in due time.  He is still spouting off his mouth on other sites that will allow him to (this site would not ever allow him to say the awful lies he said about me) but some sites of lesser standards will.  If you have any questions regarding this suit please ask me and I will gladly clear them up.

Thanks. No disrespect to you at all Roger .

My point to this was that you did sue someone who was using a fictious name and you won. My second reply was that it would be the same result if he went after your company name as well. You always gotta watch what you say about a person who is in business and you end up hurting there business . AL has mentioned some horrible forgeries and he has also called out some good ones. I know he called out Inkster sports(Rex) over a Tom Petty . It was also psa authenticated . I don't think Inkster would be to happy with him calling his Petty a fake. This was never taken down and is the number one search result when you look up Inkster_sports on google. That would hurt sells. Cause tons of people do search google prior to buying .

He also claims Inkster may be taking psa stickers off items and putting them on bad ones. Those are some serious claims .

that is really sad as Rex is a straight up seller who I know very well and talk to on regular basis.  if this is true and I was Rex I would certainly follow up with the person that stated this on line with legal action.  I will personally let Rex know about this and I hope he does the right thing by following this up with legal action.

Agreed, they are serious claims and could cause some real trouble for the seller and person making the claims unless they have proof. Everyone has the right to question items but it has to be done properly and without accusations unless you are prepared to go to court and repeat what you claim!

Anthony, that would be great if buyers would search sellers first..NEVER HAPPENS. with all due respect, you are living in a dream world. Buyers come here AFTER the fact of purchasing putrid forgeries....then they research it. A** backwards, but thats the human condition regarding purchasing autographs....sadly
