Apollo 13 - Lumen Winter Sketch and Signed Card - Opinions Please

This is probably not a typical post for this thread but would appreciate any opinions or direction.

I purchased the Lumen Winter sketch and signed card on eBay and framed them with a Lion Brothers A13 patch.  The seller's story was his dad worked at the hotel where a recognition dinner was being held for the A13 crew.  He sent photocopies of additional provenance and the story seemed to check out. 

Would appreciate any comments about authenticity, knowledge about this event, and potential value of this sketch attributed to Lumen Winter.  Thank you.

Thank you, Martin Peters.  Not a typical "space" collectible but I always loved the A13 logo and thought this made for an interesting display as well.
