Sorry, these are not real.

to help me identify future fakes can you explain please the reasons you feel they are fakes?...I am learning and any input helps thank you.

I agree, fakes. Designed to deceive.

Donna, there are simply too many nuances to list in a few sentences why those particular Elvis ones are fake. Many folks have studied their favorite stars autographs over the years and simply know it when they see it. Others here are true experts, who can chart to the last swirl why a signature is or isn't legit. These forums are a wonderful resource to share your potential purchases, as they will be lauded or flagged in advance of opening your checkbook by lifelong fans and/or experts who despise fraudulent signatures and are happy to help you avoid purchasing the same.

Fortunately, numerous sites are available discussing the King's signature. A simple Google search will get you started, which should help you begin understanding genuine Elvis autographs. For example, check this basic search, discussing Elvis signature

its the y that to me points to fake ... the person who sold them online is also selling others many have the tell tail y and appear to be signed by the same person.... he states he offers 120 % refund...I did not pay much little over 20.00 each and i know if they were real they would have gone a LOT higher....the one he is selling of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe is an obvious fake found another print of it online to compare blew up and over lapped the two sigs match perfectly and the seller stated in correspondence that his are all originals.  Dont see how when the Marilyn signature is obviously been over traced and under magnification is almost doubled because the forger could not follow her swirls to the letter.

Fosland is his store name on ebay and has 100% positive rating?

Seller information

100% Positive feedback
the signed check is also funny it has a water drop upper left corner . it is lacking some obvious check features and is on the wrong paper? ...also it is cut (trimmed)... the writing is about the same as some of the photos at least in my opinion...
what do you think?

Not real and like others said, too many faults in the signature.

well they arrived, obviously blown up copies but with a written signature .. the photo's themselves are out of focus and grainy, I did not pay much for these but even as a photograph they are useless to me :( ....these are going back to seller for refund on next mail truck.
