The signatures are not real in my opinion, and yes, you should have a valid eBay claim if you bought it in the last 60 days.

the item just closed yesterday.  if you haven't made payment via paypal then don't and point the seller here if there are questions.  It might also be helpful for your argument if you had additonal opinions on music items from some authenticators as well;  "cause according to the COA, American Autographs Authentication Service, they listed the seller might argue the "credentials".  See if you can work it out with the seller first to avoid the fee & feedback issues.

Thanks, guys.  I appreciate the prompt replies.  I've contacted the seller and it looks like I'll get out from under this.  He's still claiming that the signatures are authentic, but he's OK with cancelling the transaction.  I don't have the heart to tell him that he bought a fake years ago.  I expect the item will be relisted...
