I much prefer a piece signed on an important day of Beatles history. I’d take a rushed set signed on the day they played Shea stadium over a more complete set signed the week before. Of course, I don’t like fading at all.
I don’t really mind if the sigs are upside down or cramped if the history is there.
what about you?

Agree, to own Beatles autographs signed on special day or milestone for them is special.
Unless there was something special about the item that was signed, I would go more for the higher quality set that was signed the week before.
I agree that history is important and justifies some sort of premium but sometimes I don't understand the size of premium some people are prepared to pay. By way of example, I would never pay 10-20x the going rate for an average-looking set just because it was supposedly signed on the day of an important TV recording/concert or the day the Beatles met Elvis. Obviously if the set were to be dedicated to someone like Elvis that is an entirely different story.
