Can't speak for Blackwell's, but I've never had an issue of Waterstones selling a signed edition, and then not following through, they should be fine.

Would love to see a restock for Blackwells the best that shipping to the US is included

I ordered mine from Blackwells and no shipping notice or charged card here either but the receipt did say they wouldn’t dispatch until October 10th so hoping that’s why.

I heard they were selling them in stores. Could have been a store manager who put these out too early, it's not common practice to sell or ship before the release date.
