I think they are junk

These are not authentic. In my opinion Jaz Signatures is another "bogus" COA that should be banned by auctions. Another new one that has cropped up in online auctions is Autographed Legends L.L.C. I would not waste my time or money with these.

I like how every close up of the coa is covered by an index card. I would run from this sale. It is ok to post the auction companies name so that they can get all the free press that they deserve.

No covering the COA does not accomplish anything except make the items appear only shadier.

James. I actually have success with other things I buy there. After I bought autographs and I couldn't find the COA online I went to the auctioneer. I told him that the feedback I got was bad, and I asked him if he could find out anything on the COA's. Supposedly these are coming from FL from a shop that "used" to be in Morgantown that this auctioneer knew 6 years ago but he said he would ask. There is also "stuff" that comes from another shop in Strasburg, and the auctioneer knows him for years and that guy still comes in. But it solves part of my "riddle"...I couldn't understand why someone would forge a Robert Person jersey which lead me to believe these were ok as well. turns out items are coming from two different sources. I am out like $500.

Harry I was looking as well but can't find anything.

So what do I do other than bringing it to the attention of the auctioneer?

Pure rubbish. The items are worthless and the JAZ COAs are worth less than zero.

...and I hope noone from here was as dumb as I was in bidding but all this items had bids on them as they were listed...there was little activity from the actual auction attendance, a few out bid the phoned in bids. I did pick up some nice cards...they were all real.

On a previous thread about these auctions, I opined that the Gretzky signed jersey looked authentic. Now that I look at it more closely, and as part of a group of other questionable items, I agree with Harry that it is likely not authentic. Close, but not authentic. That seems to be the standard for most if not all of the items certified by JAZ.

I would love to track these guys down..I am not getting any help from the auctioneer.

The frustrating thing is, one of the other guys that comes to the auctions went to PSA...got them autheticated and flipped them...so now the auctioneer is definitely not going to "help".
