Hi everyone, this upcoming spring I'm looking to save a few bucks, when getting baseballs autographed. Last Spring, I bought some official ROMLB's, but they are expensive. I definitely don't want some cheap synthetic baseballs, so I'm looking for some other options. What type of baseballs do you guys use to get auto's, when not using the Rawlings OMLB's?

Thanks!

Great thread, I was looking into baseballs the other day and I had no idea that a ROMLB cost $20 each! That is insane! If anyone knows a cheaper place/way to get ROMLB please post here too.

Thanks!

The Rawling's ROLB2 look like solid baseballs for auto's. Has anyone used these baseballs?

If you use anything other than official major league balls, it will kill resale value. Most collectors want only OMLB.

Yeah I would only want ROMLB in my collection. My main question is where is the best place to get these? What is the cheapest price?

Target has them for $15 each. You may find them in quantity for much less. I'd search eBay or the Internet for supply dealers.

When I was getting a lot of signed balls back in the 90s, I'd buy them by the case for about $5 each. We've come a long way since then. :-(

My auto'd baseballs aren't for resale.

Unless you plan to be buried with them, they'll be for resale someday. I don't collect to resell, but if you are going to spend money on a hobby, it makes sense to collect in a format that will have some return when it comes time to liquidate.

and that's a single signed Official Major Leauge Baseball signed on the sweetspot period.

Evidently, not a FUDDJCAL101  follower for goods and services...HEY FL ORIOLE

NEWSFLASH!!!!!!

" YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!"

Don't go on the cheap in anything you buy or do. Quality is always worth the extra money and is less expensive in the long run.

Thanks for the news flash and free life lesson.
