Beastie Boys Piece (Individual Autographs) and other Items

Interesting piece. Also interested in the other two pieces if anyone knows who they are? Seems like a credible seller but any thoughts are appreciated.

Larger, clearer, sharp flat on images without reflections would be best.

That may be the signature of Paul Westerberg of The Replacements. This has JSA:

The drumhead is signed by Motörhead. They sold these at their shows.
