I remember reading about a signed copy of Beatles'65 years back.  It was authenticated but then withdrawn from an auction.  I don't know what happened after that.  I have had the attached Signed LP that is very similar that I purchased over 15 years ago.  Do you think this is real?

Thanks!

It isn't real, unfortunately. The set is consistent with a known forgery style.

I agree with Ballroom - it's a forgery - one that was especially popular back in the early days of eBay and online selling. I remember frequently seeing this and similar signed LPs. And they were big money items. It's a heartbreaker to know it's a fraud because it does look impressive: so clean, properly signed, unrushed, beautiful classic Beatles. Which is why it fooled so many.

Yeah,....it's a forgery...this one's been around for awhile...
