If it was legit, it would be an LOA instead of a cert card.

Yes Ballroom, the autographs are terrible, but how can something be checked as authentic?

It wasn’t authenticated. Otherwise, an LOA would have been issued.

The COA is fake. An LOA was issued with that cert #, and the entry in the verification database says that it was for an album page.

I told the seller his item was a fake including the PSA certificate. His reply:

“YES SOMEONE JUST TOLD ME AS SOON AS THE AUCTION WAS OVER, I REFUNDED THE MONEY ALREADY AND I TALKED TO PSA AS WELL AND IM SENDING THE ITEM TO PSA TO SHOW THEM THE ITEM. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONCERN AND HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY”
