Beatles Postcard - Signed by the Beatles, Neil or?

Here is a postcard supposedly signed by the Beatles 1968 ish. I don't think so. Looks like the work of Neil Aspinall maybe. Thoughts?

Neil Aspinall was pretty good wasn't he, some of these would get past me. Nice to see how knowledgeable people are here.
