Beatles Revolver - odd signatures / handwriting on vinyl cover

Please see the attached shot of the album cover. Any ideas what we're looking at? I've seen the usual signatures of the band members and it's clear that these aren't their usual signatures. Are we looking at the band members' handwriting at all?  

All that my mate knows about the record is that he bought it on eBay and it comes from Japan.

Looks like someone named Louise wrote her name all over the album. This has none of the Beatles handwriting.

I guess this album belongs to Louise!

Probably these autographes are member of Japanese beatles  cover band named "Louise".
